The Role

Do you want to work on software that streamlines the logistics surrounding radiopharmaceuticals for cancer scans?

We are seeking an additional member for our development team to design, develop, and test our Online Order Communications system for nuclear medicine. You will need to be an experienced full-stack Angular/C# .Net developer, and willing to take on challenges to push the product forward.

You would join a passionate, dedicated team and have the ability to make real impact on all aspects of the product from day one, both inside and outside of development.

As a full-stack developer you will be involved with the architecture, design, development, and testing of current and future functionality/products and will participate with the constant improvement of the team’s processes and procedures.

Outside of development there is opportunity to coordinate with our Marketing, Sales, and QA teams, as well as the potential for overseas travel to our customers’ sites for installation. We have a strong customer focus so we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about taking ownership and developing the great relationship we have with our users.

Responsibilities

The Role

We have a strong customer focus so the ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about taking ownership and developing the great relationship we have with our users. HR Coordinator - UK (Sheffield based)

The Role

Join our team as an HR Coordinator, based at our Sheffield head office. You'll provide HR support across the LabLogic group, collaborating closely with our Group HR Manager on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR processes. At LabLogic, we have a strong family atmosphere, and we aim to reflect this in the way we operate as an HR team. As such, this is an office-based role and you will need to have great people skills to support both the processes and people across the business.

Responsibilities

You will work across a range of different areas within the business bringing your own ideas and insights into the different processes. Your main areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure managers receive high quality candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding for new starters; collaborating with multiple departments
  • Support managers in various performance management processes
  • Manage the offboarding process
  • Support HR processes for our US and French companies
  • Provide HR advice and support on a range of HR issues

 LabLogic Systems, Inc - US

Field Service Engineer – Life Sciences Instruments and Software (Boston area - USA)

The Role

We are looking for an additional field service engineer based in or near the Boston area to join our service team, providing field service, technical support, software support and operator training to our customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing installation, basic operator training, field service, validation, and technical support to our customers. The position would suit someone with proven FSE experience, or someone looking to move from laboratory work to a FSE role. This is a great opportunity to work with a customer-focused company supporting several niche product lines. This position will be based out of hired candidate's home-based office and will require heavy travel.

Responsibilities

  • On-site installation and basic operator training of instruments and software
  • Preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repair of our systems
  • Perform validation services (IQ/OQ) of hardware and software
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair products at customer's location
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support
  • Work closely with service director to coordinate schedule and prioritize service needs
  • Assist as needed and as time allows with product demonstrations
  • Prepare service reports and enter work performed in service database in a timely manner
  • Maintain company equipment and property in order

Requirements

  • Engineering/Biology/Chemistry related degree with knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and software
  • 2 - 5 years professional field engineer experience or laboratory background, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nuclear medicine industry
  • Experience and knowledge of liquid chromatography (HPLC) or liquid scintillation counting
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Some overseas travel may be required
  • Must be highly motivated and have strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Computer and software experience and proficiency is a must
